Mate Vela Design is a garment and accessory maker who got started by making clothes out of old towels.
Born during covid in the UK countryside, mate vela design is now hand made and designed at our Studio in Auckland.
Mate designs with a focus on functionality and structure in a minimal, modular wardrobe.
