Shipping & Policies

Shipping
We ship worldwide. All orders are tracked. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Local delivery is sent via Fastways Courier. Shipping costs are a flat rate charge of $5 nationwide. 
Please allow 1 working day for delivery in the North Island and 1-2 working days in the South Island. 

 

DIspatch
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be dispatched once you have received your order confirmation email.  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We have a small team and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Damage
If for any reason your order is damaged upon arrival, please email us photos as soon as possible, and we will follow this through with our courier company. Do not return the item to us, as this slows down the process and time is the most valuable commodity in this instance.

Refunds & Returns
If your order is lost in the mail during dispatch or return, at no fault of our own, we cannot be held responsible for refunding the item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can facilitate an exchange, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Refunds are only available provided that the item/s are in original condition and accompanied by their original packaging. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Sale items are not eligible for a refund. All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
